Geriatric Medical Return PolicyÂ
General Overview
All products can be returned for 100% credit without any obligation if returned within 30 days of purchase unless noted within the Return Exclusions section below. Returns after 30 days from the date of the invoice are subject to the below restocking fees:

Return Authorization
All returns must be pre-approved by contacting our Customer Service Department at 781-305-3144 or you can submit your return request online from the Invoice History Page. To obtain a Return Authorization Number by phone, please have the invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return available.
Each return must include a Return Authorization Number. Unsolicited returns and returns without a Return Authorization Number will be charged a processing fee or may be returned at senders’ expense without credit being issued to the customer.
All returns must be returned in original packaging and must be in the same unit of measure as originally purchased. Returns are subject to inspection by Geriatric Medical. No credit will be issued for product we determine cannot be resold.
The issuance of a Return Authorization Number is not a guarantee of a credit and all returns are subject to the terms of the Return Policy.
Damages & Shortages
Any product shortage or shipping errors must be reported to our Customer Service Department at 781-305-3144 within 24Â hours from receipt of the order, or Geriatric Medical shall have no obligation to process credit or arrange for product replacement.
Products Shipped in Error
Customer must notify Geriatric Medical of any shipping errors or disputes within two (2) business days of receipt. Products shipped in error are returnable for full credit, as long as the return is made within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Return Exclusions
The following represent items that are non-returnable:
- Products purchased greater than 90 days from the date of the invoice.
- Products purchased from a vendor other than Geriatric Medical.
- Short-dated (less than 90 day's shelf life), outdated, or seasonal product.
- Any item purchased on a "special order" basis, including non-stock orders and drop shipments.
- Personal protection products including but not limited to: COVID-19 test kits, facemasks, isolation gowns, gloves, hand sanitizer, thermometers, and disinfectants of all kinds.
- Any product not intended for return to a wholesaler in accordance with the return policies of the applicable manufacturer.
- Any product discontinued by the applicable manufacturer.   Â
